This year, artwork was judged by The Waupaca Area Public Library Exhibit Room Committee. 1st, 2nd, 3rd places, as well as Honorable Mention are given to each age level. Best in Show is awarded to a high school student for an outstanding collection of work. Special thanks to the Waupaca Public Library Foundation for sponsoring prizes for the award winners.
